The perfect place to get study and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee!! I was hesitant to try this Hidden House Coffee location after first visiting their Costa Mesa location a few years ago and finding that the seating was limited and the wifi, even more so. After scouting this location on Yelp, I saw that there was plenty of bar seating and individual tables outside.

My favorite drink from them was their matcha latte, I tried it hot and sweetened this time around and it was absolutely amazing. The matcha taste was authentic and not overpowering whatsoever. I also tried their iced latte and thought it was delicious! I don’t usually prefer for a roast to be too dark but their house roast had a sweet aftertaste and was perfect!

I was pleased at their variety of food options and even more impressed when I found out they bake all of their pastries in house! I decided on the spinach feta puff pastry and chocolate chip cookie so I could get a good mix of sweet and salty, and neither disappointed. The puff pastry was warm and flaky, and the filling was absolutely delicious. The cookie was nice and chewy, and my boyfriend devoured it within seconds!

Would definitely recommend for their peaceful atmosphere and delicious menu! I can’t wait to come back on a cooler day when the garage doors are opened so I can experience the space fully. Thank you Hidden House for a great Sunday morning!
